Welcome to Praxis Dental! Our Pacific Pines practice is well-equipped to provide for your every dental need. You’ll be warmly greeted by a member of our staff the moment you step in.
If you’re visiting us for the first time, we’ll have you we will have you complete a set of paperwork and medical history forms to better understand your oral health history and personal concerns. We’ll tell you if there is a wait before your appointment begins, though we will usually see you immediately. If there is a moment for you to relax, you can look through magazines, watch television or sit back and breathe in the scented candles, unwinding in our calming and modern environment.
What to Expect
If you’re here for a checkup, you’ll receive a full examination, scale and clean, photos, X-rays, fluoride treatment and a full discussion of any future treatment that is required. This routine visit takes about an hour. We offer no gap for those with health fund coverage.
If you’re having a different procedure, you’ll have a discussion with Dr Ishita about how the treatment will proceed and any aftercare instructions that are necessary. Dr Ishita always strives to be upfront with her patients regarding what their treatment entails and take the time to carefully address any questions or concerns they may have.
Payment Options
We’re preferred providers with NIB and HCF. Please bring your membership card in with you. We accept the Child Dental Benefits Scheme and Department of Veterans’ Affairs coverage.

If you or a family member are in dental pain or in need of an emergency dentist, each day, we keep some slots open exclusively for dental emergencies so contact us straightaway.
